Job Description

Seeking an experienced Bed Laster to play a key role in our manufacturing operations. You will operate and maintain equipment crucial for timely production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bed lasting machines effectively.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical issues in the production line.
• Ensure materials are set up correctly for the lasting process.
• Keep thorough records of production activities.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment.
• Work alongside others to meet daily production targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Support training for entry-level staff.
• Engage in process improvement activities.
• Follow all safety and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bed lasting or related manufacturing positions
