Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Manager to join our team. As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing research projects within our organization. You will play a crucial role in gathering and analysing data, providing insights, and making recommendations based on research findings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance and support throughout the research process.
  • Design and oversee research studies, including the development of research objectives and methodologies.
  • Manage client relationships, understanding their research requirements and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring that insights are actionable.
  • Prepare and present data findings in a concise and understandable manner.
  • Develop training and development plans for junior staff members.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of research methodologies and make improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Market Research is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a research leadership role
