Job Description

We are seeking a Decker Operator who will be responsible for controlling and maintaining decker machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures optimal operational efficiency while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee decker machinery operations in compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate production rates and make necessary adjustments.
• Regularly assess equipment conditions and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Contribute to team discussions on process enhancements.
• Implement best practices for maximizing production efficiency.
• Support the maintenance team during scheduled service periods.
• Assist in maintaining high levels of product quality and consistency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related manufacturing role
