Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Energy and Sustainability Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimise energy consumption and enhance sustainability initiatives within our organisation. The candidate will conduct detailed audits, evaluate energy usage, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Working closely with stakeholders, you will lead projects that promote sustainability and compliance with relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of energy reduction strategies.
• Conduct audits to assess current energy consumption and sustainability practices.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Engage employees through training and workshops focused on energy efficiency.
• Develop partnerships with local authorities and sustainability organisations.
• Monitor and report on progress towards sustainability objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and laws affecting energy usage.
• Identify funding opportunities for sustainability projects.
• Integrate sustainability into the corporate strategy and culture.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in energy management and sustainability roles

Certifications

• Certified Sustainability Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
