Job Description

As a Logging Worker (Skidway Man), you will play a crucial role in operating heavy machinery and ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. We're looking for a proactive individual who can adhere to safety protocols while being able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery for the effective movement of materials on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with project planning and execution by providing operational insights.
• Report to the Operations Manager regarding project developments and any potential issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Provide assistance in loading/unloading tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Document daily activities and maintenance performed on machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification preferred

Experience

• Experience in construction site management is advantageous.
