Job Description

We are looking for an Urban Development Coordinator to lead planning initiatives in Bath. The candidate will work closely with local authorities and community stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and development. You will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with urban planning standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive community engagement efforts to foster positive relationships.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Regional Planning, or similar
  • Postgraduate diploma in Urban Development is advantageous
