Mirror Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description

As a Mirror Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the mirror fabrication process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, quality control standards are upheld, and a team of skilled fabricators is supported.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mirror fabricators to ensure high-quality production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished products.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflow processes.
• Train and motivate team members to foster a safe and efficient work environment.
• Work closely with Quality Control to ensure product compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor production performance and implement necessary enhancements.
• Assist in new product development and implementation.
• Perform other duties as necessary per Operations Manager's request.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced education or training in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in glass and mirror fabrication.
