Job Description

Join our vibrant team as an IT Support Technician based in Liverpool. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user support requests and provide timely resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on IT systems and best practices.
  • Analyze IT issues and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Manage updates and patches to software and systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within IT processes.

Requirements

Education
  • HND in IT or related fields
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
