Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our vibrant Manchester team. The ideal candidate will be adept in creating engaging content and managing various social media platforms to enhance our clients' online presence and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative and engaging social media strategies.
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Guide content creation while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and their potential impact.
  • Assist in budget management for social media advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing for social media content to determine effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops to educate clients about the benefits of social media.
  • Provide crisis management support on social media when required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in social media or digital marketing are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
