We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental science and engineering principles, and a passion for sustainability.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead environmental engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Analyse data related to air, water, and soil quality.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for pollution control.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to enhance project efficiency.
  • Assist in the training of junior engineers on environmental practices.
  • Conduct research to support project development and innovation.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for environmental monitoring.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with environmental agencies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • Environmental Assessment Proficient in conducting comprehensive environmental assessments.
  • Sustainability Practices In-depth knowledge of sustainable engineering practices.
  • Project Management Skilled in managing environmental projects from start to finish.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong ability to identify and resolve complex environmental issues.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng)
  • Environmental Management Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with Environmental Modelling: Experience with environmental modelling software and simulations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Certification in project management is advantageous.
