We are seeking a proactive Occupational Health Specialist to enhance our health service delivery in Cheltenham. Your responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, creating tailored health plans, and advising on health policies that align with legislative requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead health assessments for new and existing employees.
• Evaluate health surveillance data and make recommendations.
• Deliver occupational health training to employees and management.
• Research and stay up to date with occupational health legislation.
• Assist in developing internal health policies and procedures.
• Document and report on health initiatives and outcomes.
• Work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Health or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in occupational health
