As a Shake Out Worker, you will play a vital role in the foundry by efficiently removing excess sand from castings. Responsibilities

• Utilise shakers to clean castings from excess sand.
• Perform quality checks on castings, discarding any that do not meet standards.
• Assist in stacking finished products for shipment.
• Fill out production logs and quality assurance forms.
• Participate in regular safety training and meetings.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or foundry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read technical drawings: Skill in interpreting basic manufacturing specifications.
• Previous role in manufacturing or quality control: Experience in a related manufacturing position would be an advantage.
