Job Description

As a Level Glass Vial Filler, you will be pivotal in our production process, operating and maintaining high-speed filling and packaging machinery. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to ensure product integrity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot vial filling machines.
• Calibrate machine settings for optimal filling processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for filling and labeling vials.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of filling equipment.
• Document production activities and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in a manufacturing or technical field is beneficial.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with cGMP and FDA regulations
• Automated packaging systems

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication
