Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Marine Biologist to join our team in Haverhill. The successful candidate will conduct research on marine ecosystems, contribute to conservation projects, and work collaboratively with local communities to educate and promote sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field research expeditions to assess marine biodiversity.
  • Conduct underwater surveys and sampling of aquatic ecosystems.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote marine conservation efforts.
  • Data management and analysis using statistical software.
  • Coordinate with universities and research institutions for collaborative projects.
  • Contribute to the development of marine education materials.
  • Participate in grant applications to secure funding for research initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marine monitoring programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology or Environmental Science
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of field experience in marine biology
