• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification in property appraisal is a plus
• Property Valuation Expertise in evaluating property and land values.
• Market Analysis Strong skills in analyzing market trends and property values.
• Analytical Thinking Exceptional ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• RICS Chartered Surveyor
• Certified Appraiser
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with GIS software: Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems for land appraisal.
• Knowledge of local planning regulations: Understanding of the planning process and local government regulations.
