Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Psychiatrist to join our team. As a General Psychiatrist, you will diagnose and treat patients with various mental illnesses while providing them with appropriate care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough psychiatric assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.
  • Formulate treatment plans that include therapy and medicinal approaches.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
  • Engage in case management and ensure coordinated care among providers.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions and workshops on mental health education.
  • Research and implement evidence-based practices in psychiatric care.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to psychiatric trainees.
  • Write and maintain high-quality clinical documentation.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)
  • Completion of specialty training in psychiatry
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Psychiatrist
