Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Usher to assist and guide guests at our venue. The Usher will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and venue safety.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information about the scheduled events and facilities available.
• Guide patrons to their designated seats and ensure proper seating arrangements.
• Ensure the venue remains clean and orderly, especially during shows.
• Address guest concerns and queries efficiently and professionally.
• Work with fellow ushers and management to ensure a smooth event experience.
• Assist with emergency procedures and crowd control as necessary.
• Conduct checks for cleanliness and safety within the venue before, during, and after events.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications required

Experience

• Prior experience in events or hospitality roles is an advantage.
