DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented DevOps Engineer to enhance our cloud infrastructure and streamline our software development processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines and a passion for continuous integration and delivery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid deployment of code.
• Collaborate with software engineers for effective and seamless build and release processes.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and ensure its availability and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation for all DevOps processes.
• Automate system configuration and application deployment using scripting languages.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved system efficiency.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and manage backup processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar role

Technical Skills

• Terraform
• CI/CD Tools

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer
• Certified Jenkins Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working within Agile teams, participating in sprints and retrospectives.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles to protect data and applications.
