Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Nottingham team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of exciting projects, focusing on innovative infrastructure solutions and sustainable design practices. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of professionals and take part in all stages of project development from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and present proposals to clients.
• Evaluate and recommend materials and methods for construction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant civil engineering role

• Civil 3D

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Safety
