Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Environmental Consultant to join our vibrant team in Derry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting environmental assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainable practices within various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental assessments for construction and development projects.
  • Communicate findings to clients and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of sustainability frameworks for clients.
  • Conduct research on environmental best practices.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and assist in compliance processes.
  • Participate in community engagement to promote environmental awareness.
  • Prepare grant applications for sustainability projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geography or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in environmental consultancy or related sectors
