Job Description

As a Hybrid Powertrain Development Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and optimizing hybrid powertrain systems for our automotive vehicles. This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and innovation in our projects. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in advancing our hybrid technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of hybrid powertrain systems.
  • Conduct performance tuning and refinement of hybrid systems.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams to integrate new features.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Evaluate and test components for quality assurance.
  • Implement innovative solutions to meet development targets.
  • Produce detailed documentation for hybrid systems.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure delivery within set deadlines.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers on hybrid powertrain technologies.
  • Engage with suppliers and partners for component sourcing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hybrid powertrain development is required.
