Job Description

We are seeking a Production, Planning, and Expediting Clerk to join our thriving Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, forecasting materials, and ensuring timely product delivery. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor stock movements, identify trends, and generate reports on inventory performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan inventory requirements.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any inventory-related issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze inventory levels.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to inventory management procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members on inventory management best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
