Job Description

As a Data Entry Keyer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Varitype keyboards to produce accurate and high-quality documents. The role demands exceptional typing skills as well as a keen eye for detail, ensuring all data is inputted correctly and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Input data promptly and accurately using the Varitype keyboard.
  • Maintain records of completed work and report any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to meet departmental objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with document formatting standards across all materials.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Assist in training new staff on equipment and processes as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience, preferably with data entry or document production
