Job Description

As a General and Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the plant's budget and ensure that costs are kept within allocated budgets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Oversee training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or operations role
