Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Control and Valve Installer and Repairer. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate measurement of gas, water, or electricity consumption and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installations, repairs, and inspections of utility meters.
• Calibrate and test meters to ensure precision and compliance with regulations.
• Document processes and repairs accurately to maintain service records.
• Educate customers about meter functionalities and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex metering issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in training new team members on meter installation and repair practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Vocational training in metering systems is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in utility meter installation and repair.

Languages

• English: Fluent
