We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Wolverhampton team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will play a vital role in patient education and support, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers regarding medication therapy.
• Monitor patient reactions and effectiveness of medications.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Assist with insurance claims and patient billing inquiries.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred
