Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team in Windsor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting the overall growth of our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage training schedules and ensure all logistics are handled.
• Implement evaluation tools to measure training outcomes.
• Foster a culture of learning and development across all employee levels.
• Maintain training records and develop reports for management review.
• Utilize feedback to enhance training programmes continuously.
• Work closely with external training providers when necessary.
• Develop innovative e-learning solutions to integrate into training.
• Monitor employee progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development or related field
• Relevant certifications in training methodologies are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar training role with proven results

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Training accreditation from a recognised body
• Project Management certification is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
