Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in managing social media campaigns. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, developing engaging content, and monitoring social media trends to drive audience interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations affecting the business.
  • Enhance internal control systems to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Assist in developing compliance training materials and workshops.
  • Review and update compliance documentation regularly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
  • Promote a culture of compliance within the organisation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for compliance assessments.
  • Support the business in understanding and implementing compliance requirements.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document compliance processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CIPM) are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance within the financial or corporate sector
