Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for various audiences, ensuring that it is clear, accessible, and in line with our brand voice.
  • Experiment with different formats and mediums for documentation to enhance usability.
  • Gather user feedback on documentation effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Edit and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and changes.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends in technical writing to keep documentation relevant.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to clarify technical specifications and processes for documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in technical writing are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field
