Responsibilities

• Design graphics for websites, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters to create visually appealing materials.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initiation to final delivery.
• Organize and prioritize workload to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers when necessary.
• Engage with clients to refine design briefs and improve outcomes.
• Attend design reviews and provide constructive criticism to peers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in design principles are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant graphic design work experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe InDesign
• Figma
• User Experience (UX) principles

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication
• Analytical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in video editing software: Experience in video editing and production techniques.
