Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Financial Compliance Manager to oversee compliance strategies and practices within our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies, creating an ethical and compliant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
  • Identify compliance training needs and design training materials.
  • Coordinate with department heads to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Analyze compliance metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective action.
  • Engage with external consultants to enhance compliance frameworks.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports.
  • Update company policies in line with regulatory changes.
  • Promote awareness of compliance requirements across all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in compliance or risk management
