Job Description

We're on the hunt for a proactive Statement Services Representative! In this role, you'll coordinate statement deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and enhance customer satisfaction through your excellent service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify client account statements in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in statements, collaborating with relevant teams to rectify issues.
  • Communicate with clients to address any statement-related inquiries or concerns, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all statement processing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve statement delivery processes, contributing to ongoing operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Additional certifications in customer service or finance-related fields are advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service-oriented environment, preferably in finance.
Technical Skills
  • Statement generation and distribution systems
Soft Skills
  • Analytical thinking

Advantageous

  • Experience in training and mentoring team members: Ability to support and develop new staff in statement services.
  • Understanding of financial statement regulations: Knowledge of compliance standards for financial documents.
