We are seeking an Urban Planner to join our passionate team in Lincoln, responsible for the development and implementation of urban design projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of planning regulations and a knack for innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for urban renewal projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists.
• Conduct research on best practices in urban design and planning.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Contribute to policy development related to urban planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Urban Design or Environmental Planning preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in urban development projects

Technical Skills

• Strong Knowledge of Local Government Policies
• Sustainability Practices

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
• Environmental Planner Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
