Job Description

As an Extraction Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging and bagging products in a retail environment, ensuring that items are well-organised and correctly labelled for our customers. This position is vital in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fast and efficient bagging of products.
• Check that all bags are clearly labelled and easy to locate.
• Help customers carry their bags if necessary.
• Keep the bagging station clean and orderly.
• Exhibit a friendly demeanour and provide superb customer service.
• Manage cash and assist at the till when required.
• Participate in stock replenishment and inventory monitoring.
• Follow all safety guidelines diligently.
• Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the store manager on various tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Basic understanding of operating cash registers.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or bagging is a plus.
