Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Glasgow team. In this role, you'll work to safeguard our digital assets by implementing robust security measures, detecting vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents efficiently. As a part of our security team, you'll ensure that our operations comply with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools.
  • Continuously monitor security systems for potential threats.
  • Prepare and present security status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for security integration.
  • Facilitate security training sessions for employees.
  • Conduct research on emerging threats and countermeasures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a cybersecurity role
