Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our Milton Keynes team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that resonate with the arts community. Your expertise in requirements gathering and analysis will be pivotal in driving our innovative projects forward.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with artistic teams to understand creative objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance, providing insights for future projects.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in the testing of solutions to ensure quality outcomes and user satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business analysis function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business or IT
  • A Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
