Job Description

As a Dental Equipment Installer and Servicer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that dental practitioners have the necessary equipment to provide excellent patient care. Your expertise will include installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of dental equipment across numerous facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and calibrate a variety of dental equipment for effective operation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and address repair needs as they arise.
  • Engage with dental professionals to discuss their specific equipment needs.
  • Prepare and present reports on equipment performance and maintenance history.
  • Keep up-to-date records of all services provided to enhance tracking.
  • Educate dental clinic staff on proper equipment care and operational protocols.
  • Respond to emergency service requests regarding malfunctioning equipment.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for dental staff on new technologies.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all clients.
  • Implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional technical training in electrical systems is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in dental equipment servicing
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of dental diagnostic software
  • Familiarity with electrical systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
