Job Description
A Nuclear Medicine Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses using nuclear medicine procedures and techniques. They must have excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret complex medical images and information.
Responsibilities
Interpret and report on imaging studies, communicating findings to referring physicians as necessary.
Assist with the development and implementation of imaging protocols and quality control procedures.
Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and trainees.
Participate in clinical trials to advance the field of nuclear medicine.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
Education
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Specialist training in nuclear medicine required

Experience interpreting complex medical images and data
