Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will take on the exciting role of designing, crafting, and repairing a variety of boots and shoes. You will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality footwear tailored to customer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines for boot production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance craft skills.
• Assist in the development of prototypes for new designs.
• Work closely with suppliers to source materials.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct maintenance as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and ideas.
• Support junior team members in their tasks.
• Document production processes for quality assurance.
• Ensure a clean working environment to maintain safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in footwear manufacturing is a bonus.

Experience

• Experience in creating custom-made boots is advantageous.
