Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in Manchester. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and ultimately support sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Oversee the execution and optimisation of email marketing initiatives.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure the usability of digital assets.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor digital marketing channels, ensuring messages are consistent across platforms.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports to present results to senior management and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Engage with customers via social media, building community and brand loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership
