Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Audit Manager who will lead our audit team in Cambridge. This role involves developing audit strategies, managing audit engagements, and fostering communication with clients to ensure the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct audit reviews and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, addressing any concerns.
• Train and develop junior auditors to enhance their skills.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of audit processes and results.
• Implement new audit technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding findings.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of audit experience, including managerial responsibilities
