Job Description
As a Cost Control Supervisor, you will oversee and manage financial activities related to cost control for our organisation. This role is essential for ensuring effective budgeting and cost management to optimise financial performance.
Responsibilities
Lead cost management initiatives and support financial planning.
Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management.
Conduct audits of financial records and budget adherence.
Provide training to teams on cost control practices and processes.
Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
Work with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Identify trends and variances in costs and provide strategic insights.
Support decision-makers with timely and accurate financial data.
Enhance reporting systems and tools for greater efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Finance or related field
Experience
5+ years in a supervisory or managerial position within finance.
