Job Description

As a Claims Service Adjustor, you will manage and process insurance claims, negotiating settlements and ensuring prompt payment to clients. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate claims thoroughly, gathering necessary evidence and information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while handling claims.
  • Engage with external parties, including medical professionals and legal advisors, to facilitate claims resolution.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding their claim status.
  • Conduct regular training and workshops on claims management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on claims trends and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of claims-related reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in claims handling, particularly in auto or property insurance.

Languages
