Job Description
As a Claims Service Adjustor, you will manage and process insurance claims, negotiating settlements and ensuring prompt payment to clients. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
Investigate claims thoroughly, gathering necessary evidence and information.
Ensure compliance with company policies while handling claims.
Engage with external parties, including medical professionals and legal advisors, to facilitate claims resolution.
Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding their claim status.
Conduct regular training and workshops on claims management best practices.
Monitor and report on claims trends and suggest process improvements.
Assist in the preparation of claims-related reports for management review.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
2+ years' experience in claims handling, particularly in auto or property insurance.
