Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of insurance claims, ensuring timely processing and communication.
  • Assist clients in completing claims forms and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviews and site visits where applicable.
  • Compile and prepare reports on claims for review and assessment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in claims processing or insurance
