Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Mechanic who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing machinery used in various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess mechanical failures in machinery and recommend solutions.
• Ensure machinery adheres to safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
• Assist in the development of a preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine maintenance preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial machinery

Technical Skills

• Electrical systems
• Computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Background in hydraulic systems: Experience operating and maintaining hydraulic machinery.
