Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
Engage with clients, providing updates and liaising on requirements.
Assess project progress and prepare reports for management.
Utilize software tools for modelling and project management.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
Participate in design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
5+ years in civil engineering roles with experience in project management.
