Responsibilities

• Manage all logistical aspects of events, ensuring timely delivery and setup of equipment.
• Interface with clients to determine their needs and preferences for events.
• Handle troubleshooting and on-the-spot problem solving during events.
• Develop and manage floor plans and seating arrangements for events.
• Work closely with marketing to enhance event visibility and reach.
• Streamline processes for event execution to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise event staff and volunteers, ensuring they meet our high standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Relevant certifications in event management preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successful events
