Job Description

We seek a qualified and experienced Construction and Building Inspector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building codes and regulations, ensuring that residential properties meet all necessary compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties for safety standards and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections and reports.
• Advise clients on required repairs and improvements.
• Work with city officials to ensure all regulations are met.
• Review building plans and specifications for compliance.
• Evaluate potential risks and suggest safety measures.
• Interface with local authorities regarding inspection results.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in Building Inspection is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential building inspection
