Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacist in Aberdeen, where you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our community. You will be responsible for reviewing prescriptions, advising on medication usage, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Your expertise will help us enhance patient health outcomes and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Handle drug utilization reviews and therapeutic recommendations.
  • Support the pharmacy’s compliance with all regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate patient access to medications through prior authorizations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient rounds.
  • Lead health and wellness promotion activities in the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Membership in the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy
