Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Jeweler and Precious Stone and Metal Worker to join our talented team at Quality Metalworks Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating casting equipment, crafting high-quality pieces, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of laboratory operations.
  • Assist in the validation of new laboratory procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Support the training of new employees on quality assurance practices.
  • Document and report findings to management for decision-making.
  • Facilitate internal audits and corrective actions.
  • Ensure that laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects.
  • Develop training materials and guides for laboratory processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related field
  • Professional certification such as ASCP is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in quality control processes and laboratory standards is essential.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
  • Statistical Analysis Software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)
Soft Skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
